Southwest Potato & Corn Chowder

My sister and I decided to make a Betty Crocker recipe for Southwest Potato Corn Chowder.  My favorite soups are chowders, so imagine my delight when she found a recipe for one with a little kick.  It's one we'll definitely repeat in our house!
